Professional Background & Expertise

Jacqueline is a Master of Social Work (MSW) professional with extensive experience in child welfare, trauma-informed care, program development, and leadership training. Throughout her career, she has worked in residential treatment settings, foster care systems, and community-based services, advocating for children, families, and marginalized populations. She has held roles as a caseworker, supervisor, director, and consultant, guiding organizations in implementing best practices for trauma-informed care, behavioral interventions, and staff training.

In addition to her direct work in the field, Jacqueline has spent decades designing and facilitating comprehensive training programs for social workers, educators, corporate leaders, and nonprofit professionals. She specializes in:
